Anticipations a killer!

Last year, I went to the Mother Earth News Fair! I enjoyed it so much! I will be going this spring as well and I can't wait for it!! I was looking at some old pictures from last year! For those of you unfamiliar with it, the Mother Earth News Fair is a community of homesteaders, farmers, builders, and people who keep livestock. As well as people who want to! The fair has workshops and programs that teach you about seed saving, raising chickens, beekeeping, growing crops, shed building, and almost anything else you can imagine that has to do with sustainable living! They also have alot of organic foods (PLUS TASTE TESTS!) and for entertainment they have clogging and groups of musicians! It's great fun! They also have an area with animals! Here is a beautiful horse that was there last year! It had beautiful blue eyes!

Here I am sitting in a tractor! They have lots of tractors you can study and sit in, which is lots of fun for a kid!

They also had the wood mizers! They were actually building a real shed throughout the day so that you could watch the process! Here they were creating the boards from the logs!

A really old and bad picture of me!
These were the logs before!

Then they were cut into boards right in front of our eyes!!

Sadly I never got a picture of the finished building but it was really cool!! These were just a few of the awesome things that happen at the fair!! I cannot wait to go this year, my parents have already bought the tickets, but KIDS GET IN FREE! You can see if the fair will be near you! Go HERE!!
Have a super duper, awesomely swankified day!
